Heavy duty spiral cutter head carbide insert flush trim router bit. The problem with standard flush trim router bits is at large depths the entire blade will be in contact with the cutting surface - this consumes a significant amount of power for large depths which wears the blades out as well as your machine and can burn the cutting surface. Standard bits end up being disposed after use.
This bit uses a helical cutter head, for every rotation the cutter contacts the surface at 7 different points in the rotation cycle using significantly less power, producing less noise and less wear and tear on your machine. These bits are replaceable too reducing overall long term costs.
Works perfect with a top and bottom template for rounding edges of deep slabs or cutting large stock into varying patterns.
